It’s been drawn to our attention that an issue was raised with the popular Rocket Spanish language learning course over the past week. It seems as if one particular customer has kicked up a fuss over an issue with the accounting department, having requested a refund. Since requesting the refund, she obviously took actions in to her own hands by deeming the entire Rocket Spanish product a scam.
Now obviously, we have no association with Rocket Spanish so it’s not exactly in our interests to get involved. But it seems as if a number of potential customers were turned off by this woman’s remarks which is clearly a personal issue that we’re sure the Rocket Languages team will be acting to resolve ASAP.
If you’re asking the question, “Is Rocket Spanish a scam?” …we can safely assure you that the short and emphatic answer is no.
Rocket Languages have grown to become one of the dominant brands in distance based language learning. With an ever growing collection of courses being released, they certainly haven’t carved this reputation by delivering shoddy products – and certainly not by scamming users.
We’d like to assure people that the Rocket Spanish language course is an excellent choice for those looking to get to grips with Spanish, both conversational and advanced in levels. And we’d recommend that you don’t allow one woman’s sour experience to cast your judgment.
We’ve spoken to the team at Rocket Languages and they’re happy to offer ALL customers a free trial of the course materials. That means you can test Rocket Spanish, start the training, learn your first sentences in Spanish without paying a single penny. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn a challenging and yet extremely rewarding new language.
Feel free to head on over to our Spanish section to check out our official and extensive hands-on Rocket Spanish review.
Have a great Easter holidays, everybody! Stay safe,
The Team at KYL.
One Response on Is Rocket Spanish A Scam? Really?
I started a course of Rocket Spanish at the age of 70, wanting to learn some of the language for holiday purposes.I can honestly say that I have never regretted a penny of my money spent on the course. It contains so much, and is presented in such an uderstandable format, that I am happy to say that I now consider myself quite fluent and happy to use the language.
I am obviously understood, and have a good grasp of conversations i become involved in.
I would recommend the course to anyone who wishes to learn Spanish. If I can learn it at my age- I only ever had a secondary education as a youngster-anyone can.
